As a wedding gift for my sister, I designed her nautical inspired wedding invitations. I chose an off-white paper for a more casual look and chose the square design to add visual interest. The knot and the anchor were heat embossed onto each invitation and RSVP individually. There were 100 in all. In order to ensure each knot and anchor were stamped in the exact same spot each time, I used a product that is usually reserved for letter pressing because it had a lid that I could easily maneuver.
I printed, cut, and heat embossed each piece and lined the envelopes myself.
